I offer a calm, reflective space where you can explore patterns, understand your experiences, and begin finding your own way, always with care, curiosity, and attention to what you need.
Depending on your goals, therapy may also draw on practical, evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT®), particularly when working with trauma and phobias.

I am particularly passionate about improving access to mental health care through online therapy, especially within the South African context.
My work aims to support people in understanding themselves and navigating the parts of life that feel most challenging.
