Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a confidential, supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and to better understand patterns that may feel overwhelming or difficult to shift. Therapy can help with concerns such as:

  • Anxiety

  • Low mood

  • Stress and burnout

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Life transitions

  • Trauma and phobias (including approaches such as BWRT)

What to expect in the first session: 

  • An opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve

  • Space to share at your own pace, with no expectation to cover everything at once

  • Gentle psychological assessment or clinical evaluation where appropriate to guide the work

  • Discussion of confidentiality, session structure, and how online sessions work
